SHIPPING

Free Shipping - All orders placed that are $50 or more are shipped for free. 

Free Local Pickup - We offer free local pickup at our storefront in Maryville, MO. You will receive an email saying that your order is "Awaiting Pickup" when it is ready. Please be sure that you receive this email before picking up or your order will not be ready when you come in. This allows us time to process and prepare your order. During store hours we do try to get all local pickup orders completed within 4 to 5 hours from the time the order was placed.  Our pickup hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am-1:00 pm. 2206 S. 2 to 7 Business Days - $4.00 to $8.75 - Orders that are below $50 are shipped using USPS and typically ship out within 1 business day. Once they are processed they will reach their destination within 2 to 5 business days. Please also note that the shipping rates for the items we sell are weight-based and this determines the total cost of shipping.

Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect address. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of the order. If you do notice you have entered the wrong shipping address, please call us immediately at (660)254-7674 and we will do our best to correct the mistake before shipping out. 

  

RETURN POLICY

 *Returns are for Store Credit Only. Returns must be shipped back to Simply Posh within 14 days from the initial purchase. Shipping is non refundable, but a store credit will be issued for the returned item. When shipping items back please include your original invoice with your name, email address and reason for the return. Once we receive the item we will then apply the store credit to your account. If you do not have an account we will create one for you and email you with the login information. To use the store credit just login with your information and the credit will automatically apply at checkout.

*All returns/exchanges must be shipped back within 14 days from original order date.

* Sale items, flash sale items, intimates and accessories are FINAL SALE and may not be returned. NON-RETURNABLE: Sale items, Jewelry, Intimates, Bras, Camisoles, Slips.  

* Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return. 

* Shoes must be returned in their original box and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box/bag to be eligible for return. 

* Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

* Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense, after 30 days all unreturnable merchandise will be donated.

* The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.

Defects or Problems With Your Order?

• If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please email us at returns@simplyposhboutique.com within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, then it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email.

• We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care or handling, or incorrect sizing.

• Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
